Account data: when you create an account, we process your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and, where applicable, your organisation details.

Content you upload: floor plans, sketches, photos, prompts and the renders generated from them.

Billing data: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive transaction and subscription details but not your full card number.

Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure audience and improve our services.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising, and DataFast for privacy-friendly website analytics.

The Meta Pixel may set cookies and transmit data to Meta Platforms, including in the United States. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings.

We process your data to provide and secure our services, manage your account and subscription, respond to your requests, analyse and improve the site, and comply with our legal obligations.

Depending on the case, our processing relies on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest, your consent (in particular for advertising cookies), or a legal obligation.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), analytics (DataFast) and advertising measurement (Google, Meta).

These providers only process personal data according to our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Some of our providers are located outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, in particular in the United States. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Account and content data are retained for the duration of your account and deleted or anonymised thereafter.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification or deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw your consent, and to data portability.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is, however, entirely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision. We encourage you to review it periodically.
